Curtis and Spencer first began this venture when they decided to raise a couple pigs for their families to eat. Not only were they surprised by the amount of pride they felt in raising their own food, but they were also overwhelmed by the quality of their product. The meat was far more flavorful, juicy, and delicious than the pork at the grocery stores. As they brainstormed a way to expand and be able to share these products with friends and family, they met Perry Hunsaker. He and his wife had owned AZ Fine Swine since 2014 and though they loved the work, they were ready to further pursue some of their many other ventures. It was an opportunity that Spencer and Curtis couldn’t pass up and so the two decided to carry on the AZ Fine Swine legacy.
We raise our pigs on locally sourced spent brewery grain and keep them hormone and antibiotic free. Always.
